Paper Phenomenon Foto Folio Style 3 - Envelope Folio, Side Loading
Another Folio Friday is upon us, friends! Today I will be sharing with you the third folio in the Paper Phenomenon original folio series, the Envelope Folio.
I started this one at the end of 2014, but didn't get around to matting it until a few weeks ago, and at the time I took these pictures I still hadn't put in all the mats, etc. So when it's totally done, I will make sure to add an update to this post.
I used a paper pad from DCWV called The Hey Sailor Stack, which is by far one of my favourite stacks ever! The colours, the nautical theme, the foil! It's lovely! I just wish it didn't have that sheen to it that DCWV seems to like.
I used copics and stickles to finish the edges, and the cardstock was all purchased from The Cutting Garden.
As I've mentioned in my other folio blogs, this folio can be purchased at Paper Phenomenon by clicking here.

Paper Phenomenon Foto Folio Style 2 - The Matchbook Folio
Continuing on with my Folio Friday tradition (yes, I just made that up, but it's catchy, no?), here is the big reveal for my second Folio project - The Matchbook Folio!
I used the Berrylicious Collection from Imaginisce for this project. Fun fact: I worked on this one while at a crafty weekend at my friend's cottage. Good memories, happy times :)
There are 4 pages that fit into the slots at the bottom, I chose yellow, green, orange and blue. I decorated each one and on the back side they each have a pocket to hold more fun things!
See ya next Friday!!

Paper Phenomenon Foto Folio Style 1 - The Folio Folio
I think I have purchased every single Foto Folio tutorial from Paper Phenomenon and Kathryn Scraps! That being said, I have only finished the first 3, and have absolutely slacked off on posting about any of them. Let's remedy that, shall we?
Up first is the first Folio from Kathy Orta - The Folio Folio
For this Folio, I used a Recollections paper pad called Today-Tomorrow-Forever
I adjusted the design in the photo above. The bottom left hand pockets were supposed to be staggered, but I liked a more symmetrical look.
I used a lace edged punch for one of the pocket edges, and inked the edges of all the pages. I love how this turned out! Country Chic? I think so!
This Folio is part of a collection of 6 different designs with a storage box, and can be purchased HERE.

Gadget Girls Spring 2015 Crop Creations
Good Afternoon, my crafty little friends!
Last weekend I attended the Gadget Girls Spring Mega Crop in Truro, NS. As always it was a fabulous time, and for once, I was actually productive! Scary, I know! I met a bunch of new people this weekend, all absolutely lovely, and SO creative!
I finished my 3rd Foto Folio (Yes, those fabulous ones of Paper Phenomenon fame!), and actually made some cards! I've decided to do separate blog posts for each of my Folios, because I don't think I've actually shown any of them off, and they are way to cute to just exist on my shelf lol
First up: SOY HAPPY FOR YOU
This card was done with Lawn Fawn's 'Let's Roll' stamp and die set. I am OBSESSED with this set! I say a LOT more sushi themed cards in my future! The images were colored in with my copics, the embossing folder was borrowed from my darling Mel, and the paper is from a paper pad from Michael's (Blue Lotus? I'll have to look up the name to be sure), the edges were inked with Pearlescent Chocolate Ink, the inside stitched rectangle die is from Simon Says Stamp. I have 2 of this card currently available in my Etsy Shop.
Next: CAT and DOG SELFIES!!!
These were fiddly and took a long time to make, which is surprising because they look so clean and simple! For each card (I did 2 of each, so 4 total) I stamped the images, colored them, die cut tiny Polaroids, glued the Polaroids on the the images, cut them down, and then all the twine, clothespins, pop dots, etc, etc lol
The stamps are a stamp and die set from Avery Elle, I can't recall who makes the Polaroid die, but I know I got it at Michael's. As always, the images were colored in with my copics, the 'Smile' is a cutting file I made for my Cameo, and which may become available for purchase if I can figure out how to make that happen, I used ultra fine glitter paper from Michael's for the Smile, and black for the offset. The stitched square die is from Simon Says Stamp.
My Etsy shop has 2 of each card available right now: Cat and Dog
And: STAR CARD
This was a nice and easy card to make. I just used my Spellbinders star dies, sentiment stamps and patterned paper. The small star and card edge are bordered with Stickles. These cards will be available for sale in my box at The Cutting Garden :)
As I said before, I will make a full blog post for each of my Folios, but I wanted to show you the one I finished this weekend. It's style 3:
I absolutely ADORE this paper line! Unfortunately it was never available at the Michael's in Canada. I bought this from Mel, and she got it in Maine. You'd think something THIS nautical would be pushed for the Maritimes for sure lol
Anyway, that's about it for now. I am heading over to The Cutting Garden on Saturday evening to try my hand at Pocket Letters with some of my crafty girls. I'm looking forward to it, and will make a post early next week :)
Hope you are enjoying the SUN out there today!
